Please complete the following three steps in order to obtain a copy of a REDX
Incident Report on you or your company.
REDX subscribers
include mortgage lenders, title insurers and
mortgage insurers who use REDX Reports to
complement their due diligence processes by
performing checks on the companies and
professionals with whom they do business.
REDX Reports include public
disciplinary and enforcement information
referenced from regulatory bodies that oversee
professionals and companies in the mortgage,
real estate and financial services industries in
Canada, and non-public information regarding
alleged fraud and material misrepresentation
submitted by REDX subscribers. The REDX Service
will not include information on every company or
professional in these industries. The REDX
Service does not contain information regarding
consumers.
You may request a copy of a
REDX Report about you or your company without
becoming a REDX subscriber. Please complete the
following three steps in order to obtain a copy
of a REDX Report on you or your company:
1. Download two forms:
Note: You must have Adobe® Acrobat Reader®
installed to view the procedures, agreement
and sample reports. You may install Acrobat
Reader by following the link provided on the
left side of the page, or contact the REDX
Service at
infoservices@redx.ca to request copies of
the forms by fax or mail.
2. Complete and submit the
Online Information Form
on the next page with the requested information on you or your company.
3. Send to us (by fax or mail) the required documentation as
detailed in the Procedures, including a completed Confidentiality Agreement (to be executed by a corporate officer if
you are requesting a REDX Report about your company).
You must follow these steps in order to
receive a copy of a REDX Report on you or your company.
