The
REDX Service provides its subscribers with information about
professionals and companies with whom they do business. The
information is used to complement ongoing due diligence and
quality control processes.
REDX Services Include:
Online Searching
Public Service subscribers can search for information
about disciplinary, enforcement and certain legal actions
taken by regulators that oversee professionals and
organizations in the mortgage, real estate and financial
services industries. In addition to the above, information
contributed by REDX subscribers is available to eligible
subscribers through the Non-Public Service.
Subscriber Registry Management
A subscriber's registry is their list of professional or
company names they search and opt to have the REDX Service
monitor. Subscribers can update or remove names from their
registry to ensure they receive only the information they
require.
Continuous Monitoring
Subscribers who opt for continuous monitoring need only
search a professionals or company name once. The REDX
Service then provides ongoing notification of any future
information added to the exchange related to the
Subscriber's Registry.
Batch Searching
Subscribers can upload a single file containing all
professional and company names they would like to search
during one online session.
Canadian Scope
Information from over 80 regulatory sources in addition
to the non-public information submitted by REDX subscribers
across Canada is centralized in the REDX database to provide
a national risk management tool for organizations in the
mortgage industry.
